ABOUT B.U.
BANDSTAND UNIVERSITY is a highly interactive music education program for children 3-6 years instructed through our virtual platform. Your child will be able to see and speak with the instructor as well as their classmates! Classes are once-a-week for 60 minutes. Class size will be small to ensure each child receives individual instruction and can get to know their fellow classmates.
BANDSTAND UNIVERSITY is for children 3 years to 6 years.*
*can be for pre-k through 5th grade for private groups.
Fall Semester Dates:
Our Fall Semester is split into three 5 Week Sessions
(We encourage your child to enroll in all 3 sessions! Each session has different curriculum)
Fall 1: September 7th to October 9th
Fall 2: October 12th to November 13th
Fall 3: November 16th to December 18th
*no classes on 9/7, 9/28, 10/12, 11/11, 11/26, 11/27,
*If any class falls on a holiday that class will be rescheduled for another day during that week.

Schedule:
We will be offering both PUBLIC and PRIVATE classes.
Public Classes: Anyone can register! Registration for public classes is now open HERE.

Private Classes: If you have a group of friends looking to offer this program privately for your children or "pod-group", email us at info@babybandstand.com to create your own virtual private semester. Minimum of 5 children to create a private class. Great for pod-groups learning together OR far-away friends that would love to do an activity together!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Bandstand University classes are semester based: Fall & Spring. Each semester contains unique curriculum and we recommend enrolling your child in both the Fall & Spring semesters to get the most out of the program! Our program includes the following:

Ukulele lessons: basic chords + learning to play favorite songs (with practice videos included!)

Songwriting

Thematic weeks that will inspire our curriculum/activities. Themes will include favorite books, characters, music genres, films and more.

Speech/language enrichment through music

Early literacy

Creative craft time

Socialization
Detailed Syllabi and practice videos/materials will be accessible on our website to all students and parents through our private Bandstand University Student pages. These materials will assist with their practice and education between classes!
