I hope you all have had a fantastic week! With our virtual BB Broadcasts 3x per week, in-person *socially-distant* classes in full swing, and little Luke at the age where he's literally getting into everything, it's been quite the busy week on my end!
Thankfully, Luke decided to take a nice long nap yesterday which allowed me time to finally open up my newest #awesomebbfind: Chord Cubes!
These little blocks are super innovative and definitely have kids in mind! Each block has a variety of ukulele chord diagrams (guitar blocks are available, too) that are easy to read and I'm sure any kid would love stacking these, too!
These cubes are so perfect for my Bandstand University big kid ukulele classes & I can't wait to use them with my students! In the video below I decided to create a fun little dice game which ultimately resulted in a songwriting exercise!!
I came across these at this adorable gift & toy shop in Cold Spring, NY called The Gift Hut. They sell online as well, but I highly recommend taking a day trip to the area as it's one of my favorite destinations filled with shopping, hiking & beautiful views.
