We missed a class, can we make up a class on another day?
We offer unlimited make-ups to be used within the same session. Make-ups are for students that are registered for the full session only, do not roll over to future sessions and do not apply to drop-in students. To schedule makeups please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my class is cancelled due to weather?
If park classes are cancelled due to bad weather, all families will be given class credit towards a make-up class. All families will be notified via email of any weather-related cancellations. Refunds are not available for class cancellations due to weather. Private classes will be rescheduled with the group. Credits for weather cancellations do not expire.
My baby is only a few months old, can I sign them up?
Absolutely! We have little ones join our classes all the time and it is so wonderful to watch them stay with us through the years and grow in the class. Our class incorporates motor imitation, tummy time, and so much more for the little ones!
Can we drop into a class?
While we really encourage families to sign-up for the full session to get the most out of our curriculum, drop-ins are allowed, provided there is room. You can sign up for a drop-in class HERE.
Do you offer trial classes for new students?
Follow our social media accounts for updates on trial class offerings and discounts. We often post info on trials, promos and special offers on Instagram @babybandstand! We also have a "drop-in" option to try out a single class.
What is your refund policy?
Tuition fee is refundable (minus 10% processing fee) before the first day of the semester. 50% of tuition fees will be refunded up until two weeks after semester has begun for the remaining classes. No refunds after two weeks.
What is your birthday cancellation/rain date policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final balance is due 3 days prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the event will be charged the full balance to account for our staff's time and loss of business. We are happy to reschedule with you for a small fee to account for the time of our instructor. If your party is being held outdoors, we can hold a rain date for you for an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to book a rain date along with your formal booking date.
