ALYSSA STERN
FOUNDER

Alyssa is a professional singer and actress with international, national tour and regional performing credits. She holds a BFA in Drama from New York University and USU undergrad credits in speech language pathology. Alyssa is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association + SAG/AFTRA . Baby Bandstand is now in its 6th year and Alyssa couldn't be happier to be offering a program that combines her love of music, performance and speech. Alyssa lives in the NJ area with her husband, two sons (4 years & 2 years) and sweet puppy, Cooper.
DIANN FILIATRAULT
REGIONAL DIRECTOR & TEACHER: NY/NJ

Diann brings more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, serving the Greater New York Area. She’s facilitated early childhood learning from ages 6 months to 5 years through direct teaching and teacher training, as well as in administrative and managerial roles. Her experience includes early childhood education, musical theatre, and filmmaking, including her production company - Outtake Productions. She loves creating strong and caring relationships with both children and their families and caregivers. She lives in Weehawken with her husband, 5 year old son and a brand new baby boy. She looks forward to sharing in your child’s development, booking your next semester class or birthday party, and making music with you!

ALISON
TEACHER
Miss Ali has been with the Baby Bandstand team since 2017. Originally from Staten Island NY, Ali is a graduate of Wagner College with a degree in Theater/Speech. She spent 10 years working professionally across the country in regional theaters and internationally for Disney Cruise Line as a Dance Captain and Swing. In 2020 she took on a more active role with Baby Bandstand and fell in love with bringing the music back to the Hoboken and Maplewood communities. Miss Ali’s favorite band themes include Pop Punk, ABBA, and of course Disney
ERIN
TEACHER
Erin has been teaching music to children throughout NY for the past three years. She has a degree in Theatre & Speech from Wagner College and has performed at regional theaters in CT, NY, and New Orleans. She runs her own walking tours of NYC & loves to spread her love of art and music with everyone, especially little ones!
JASON
TEACHER​

Jason graduated from Montclair State University with his BFA in Musical Theatre. Professionally, he has performed on many regional and national stages, and has a number of television/commercial credits. Music is and always has been his first love, and he hopes to pass that on to his students at Baby Bandstand.
MADELINE
TEACHER​

Maddie is a trained singer and actress with a BM in Vocal Performance from New York University. A California native, she now lives and works in NYC and is thrilled to be sharing her love of music with all of you! Maddie can be seen teaching Baby Bandstand classes and performing at parties in Hoboken, Brooklyn, LIC, NYC and more!
MARIA

Maria Menniti is a board certified music therapist. Her mission as a music therapist is to be able to help children express themselves and learn through music. She is so excited to be a part of Baby Bandstand!

SAMANTHA
TEACHER

Samantha is a performer and musician with a Bachelors in Music Therapy. She has a background in working with children of all abilities ages 3-21. She especially enjoys leading groups. Sam has been seen in a variety of productions and children’s theatre throughout Long Island and the Tri State area. She believes the the power of music and the connections that form when engaging in the arts.
